About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on senior-level responsibilities in the store. The role includes promoting Music & Arts’ lesson program, building customer relationships, and supporting the store’s operations. Musicians employed by Music & Arts may use gig leave to take time off to perform and return to their jobs afterward.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Create business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver sales presentations based on sales training.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
