About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role includes generating sales, promoting the Music & Arts lesson program, developing business through community networking, and building customer relationships. The associate also participates in store operations, maintains store security, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Develop business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in all areas of store operation, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and personal alarm code.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
