About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on senior-level responsibilities within a store. The role generates sales, promotes the Music & Arts lesson program, builds business through community networking, and develops customer relationships through compelling sales presentations. The associate also participates in store operations and helps maintain store security.

This is a part-time position at Store 4208 in Gastonia, North Carolina. Music & Arts offers musician employees gig leave, along with benefits and perks that include a 401(k) with company match and an employee discount program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and personal alarm code.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
