About The Position
The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on other senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role generates sales, promotes the Music & Arts lesson program, develops customer relationships, and contributes to store operations. It also includes maintaining store security and performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant work experience.
- Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
- Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
- Develop business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
- Develop customer relationships and deliver sales presentations based on sales training.
- Provide outstanding customer service and promote customer loyalty.
- Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
- Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
