About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on other senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role generates sales, promotes the Music & Arts lesson program, builds business through community networking, and develops customer relationships through compelling sales presentations. It also participates in store operations, including merchandising, displays, maintenance, and security. The listed pay rate is $11.00–$12.00 per hour plus commission, depending on location, background, and experience. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of relevant work experience.
Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
Create business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service to every customer.
Promote customer loyalty.
Participate in all areas of store operation, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
