Drive profitable sales growth across the U.S. market by developing and executing strategies aligned with the company’s strategic and annual business objectives. Provide overall leadership and accountability for the business unit’s financial performance, including ownership of the P&L and optimization of business results. Lead the Regional Management Team in developing and executing short-, mid-, and long-term business plans that support sustainable growth. Serve as the senior representative of the business unit, building strong relationships with customers, employees, communities, and executive leadership. Direct and develop the performance of outside sales, inside sales, marketing, customer service, and seal repair teams to achieve operational and commercial objectives. Develop and execute sales, product, pricing, and marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional partners to maximize market share and competitive advantage. Monitor market trends, customer satisfaction, and business performance to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. Lead talent development and organizational effectiveness through succession planning, performance management, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.
