About The Position

As a Senior Sales Account Manager supporting the United States Space Force, you will play a critical role in expanding Everfox’s footprint within one of our most strategic federal markets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, expanding strategic accounts, and representing Everfox as a trusted partner within the USSF ecosystem. You will leverage your deep understanding of federal procurement, defense sector sales, and cybersecurity technologies to build meaningful relationships and deliver high‑impact solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years selling into the Federal Government Defense sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a high‑technology software or cybersecurity environment, preferably within a two‑tier distribution model.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles within defense or national security agencies.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related sales tools.
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to close business while maintaining high levels of customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Active Top‑Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and close new business opportunities within the United States Space Force.
  • Conduct outbound engagement with USSF prospects, customers, integrators, and resellers to qualify and advance opportunities.
  • Build and expand relationships within assigned agencies and across a defined federal territory.
  • Prioritize sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management to achieve or exceed annual targets.
  • Maintain strong command of Everfox’s product portfolio to recommend best‑fit solutions aligned to mission needs.
  • Provide timely follow‑up, forecasting, and opportunity tracking through Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to jointly develop and close strategic opportunities.
  • Engage internal resources, including engineering and program support teams, to advance complex deals.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, technical fluency, and sales effectiveness.
  • Support the Renewals Team to ensure timely renewal of existing contracts.
  • Perform additional duties and strategic projects as assigned.
