About The Position

Olympus Solutions is seeking a Senior SailPoint SME to serve as the technical owner and architect of an on-premises SailPoint IdentityIQ deployment supporting a nationwide user population for a federal law enforcement customer's enterprise identity governance program in Washington, DC. The role involves owning the architecture, performance, and code health of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, designing and governing workflows, configuring connectors, designing and running access certification campaigns, building and maintaining AWS Lambda automation, owning the code review gate and SDLC governance, leading and mentoring junior engineers, and advising government program leadership on strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years developing code for and maintaining on-premises SailPoint IdentityIQ installations. SaaS-only experience (IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud) does not meet this requirement.
  • Hands-on IIQ development: BeanShell and Java rules, workflows, forms, custom connectors, task definitions.
  • Experience with connector architecture, aggregation and correlation troubleshooting, and IIQ performance tuning.
  • Experience designing certification campaigns with custom certifier routing.
  • AWS Lambda scripting.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and setting code review standards.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and a favorably adjudicated federal public trust investigation.
  • Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC, Monday through Friday, with core hours 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern.

Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture, performance, and code health of an on-premises SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
  • Design and govern workflows for internal and external account lifecycle management.
  • Configure and extend connectors, including the SailPoint Okta connector and SailPoint-to-SailPoint MasterAPI integration.
  • Design and run privileged and unprivileged access certification campaigns with custom routing logic.
  • Build and maintain AWS Lambda automation supporting identity operations.
  • Own the code review gate and SDLC governance for the core codebase.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior SailPoint engineers.
  • Advise government program leadership on architecture strategy and platform roadmap.
