About The Position

ZipStaff is hiring a Senior Risk & Governance Analyst for a leading U.S. housing finance institution. The analyst will help reduce enterprise third-party risk by analyzing governance requirements, monitoring third-party risk domains, and turning enterprise data into clear reporting for stakeholders and leadership. The interview process consists of two 30-minute virtual video rounds.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of third-party risk management experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise risk, risk assessments, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP and IF formulas, pivot tables, and graphs.
• Experience with Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Adobe.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience with OneTrust or a similar platform.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills, with a sense of urgency and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize projects, and multitask effectively.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems independently.
• Ability to analyze, aggregate, and interpret data to surface clear storylines; interest in AI adoption.
• Concise, persuasive business writing for a leadership audience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze governance requirements, propose solutions, and identify impacts, risks, and issues.
• Establish and maintain strong functional relationships with enterprise partners and stakeholders.
• Analyze enterprise data, extract relevant information, and summarize results.
• Aggregate enterprise data for periodic, ad hoc, and metric reporting, and support validation of quarterly dashboard materials.
• Monitor changes in third-party risk domains and associated residual risk.
• Review enterprise third-party performance assessments.
• Support enterprise watchlist processes and data aggregation.
• Advocate for improving existing processes with intellectual curiosity and tenacity.
