About The Position

Aon is hiring a Senior Risk Consultant to support clients and prospects across its Real Estate & Hospitality practice. It focuses on business risk consulting, risk analysis, and risk assessments—not broking or account management—and involves translating complex insurance and operational risks into practical recommendations and solutions. The consultant will collaborate with the National Real Estate & Hospitality Leader and colleagues across Aon on client engagements and practice-wide initiatives. The role is hybrid, with an expectation of working from the office two to three days per week. Preferred locations are Chicago, Illinois, or Denver, Colorado; remote candidates may be considered case by case. Regular travel, primarily within the United States, is required. The U.S. salary range is $90,000–$120,000 annually. Actual salary varies according to education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, market data, and geographic location. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus under an applicable Aon incentive plan.
