About The Position

Execute, with guidance, the future of high-fidelity, vehicle-level simulation by designing and leading strategic designs that transform how RF systems are simulated, tested, and validated. Serve as technical lead for product technology and collaborate with virtualization and RF antenna design engineers to set standards, drive technical excellence, and foster innovation. Engineer antenna methodologies and define and cascade virtual requirements across complex hardware domains. Plan and perform subsystem analysis, modeling, testing, and validation—from RF front ends to digital integration—to ensure seamless performance. The role follows a hybrid work policy of three days in the office and two days remote; the employee must be able to report to a local office.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study.
  • At least four years of experience as an RF Engineer, RF Product Engineer, or in a related occupation.
  • At least four years of experience with RF simulation software tools such as HFSS, CST, or MATLAB, and with antenna design, electromagnetic modeling of RF assemblies, or subsystem integration.
  • At least three years of experience with RF design from conception through high-volume production; operating near-field spherical measurement systems, including use of a Vector Network Analyzer; broadcasting antenna development; advanced engineering design for proof of concept; automotive antenna development; virtualization tools for antenna component design, refinement, and correlation to physical tests; end-to-end antenna design, implementation, and validation for wireless systems including Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, or NFC; antenna types and RF technologies including PCB antennas, transmission lines, waveguide antennas, or MIMO systems; antenna matching and performance validation through simulation and physical testing; board-level and product-level EM simulations to evaluate radio performance, field radiation, and emissions; and RF test equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, anechoic chambers, or outdoor measurement ranges.
  • At least two years of experience developing requirements for full-lifecycle system validation.
