About The Position

GardaWorld is seeking a Senior RevOps Analyst / Marketing Data Analyst. This is a technical and analytical role focused on driving data integrity, automation, and actionable insights across revenue-generating teams. The role requires advanced expertise in Zapier, Excel, and Power BI, along with strong familiarity with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho. Success will be measured by cleaner data, smarter integrations, better reporting, and clearer revenue insights. The analyst will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize processes, improve data flows, and deliver insights that influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Analytics, or similar roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Zapier (complex multi-step workflows and integrations).
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling) and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms: Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into insights.
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and performing funnel/pipeline analyses.
  • Understanding of CRM data structures, lifecycle stages, and attribution concepts.
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.
  • Bilingualism required (due to daily communication outside Quebec).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional data hygiene and system integrity across CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Implement and enforce strong data governance standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues (duplicates, missing data, misaligned properties).
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced Zapier workflows and multi-step automations.
  • Integrate CRM and marketing systems with internal and third-party platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automations for reliability and scalability.
  • Analyze marketing, sales, and revenue data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, funnel performance, and attribution modeling.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams.
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Train and enable internal users on data standards, reporting tools, and automation processes.
