Clutch is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, results-driven, and AI-first Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to scale our internal revenue processes. You'll sit at the intersection of our sales, marketing, and customer success operations, building the systems, workflows, and reporting that help Clutch's revenue teams move faster and perform better. You'll identify & solve functional gaps (forecasting, territory management, billing operations, enablement) while actively integrating AI into how we work — using HubSpot Breeze, Gong, Claude, and other tools to make sure our sales team is spending their time doing what they’re best at - sales. As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll report to our Director of Revenue Operations and work cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership. We're looking for someone who operates with a high degree of autonomy and defaults to "how do I make this smarter?" rather than just getting it done. This is a hybrid role at Clutch headquarters in DC. In addition, we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time and in the future for this role.
