About The Position

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to support and improve processes across multiple teams at Money Group. This role focuses on maintaining reliable systems and data, helping ensure teams can make informed, revenue-driving decisions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Ads by Money team to identify gaps, resolve inconsistencies, and keep processes running smoothly end-to-end. You’ll also help reduce manual work by identifying automation opportunities and partnering with engineering to implement practical solutions, including AI where appropriate. This is an execution-focused role for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive — someone who takes ownership of their work while collaborating with leadership for direction and priorities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, accounting, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operational/reporting tools
  • Proficiency with modern AI tools
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to follow structured processes while applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing data entry, systems, and repetitive processes with a high degree of accuracy
  • Team-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising
  • Understanding of IO processes, payouts, or revenue tracking workflows

Responsibilities

  • Execute core Sales workflows, following established processes and ensuring activities are accurately reflected across systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date data across internal tools — including payouts, budgets, company setup, and affiliate links — supporting overall system accuracy.
  • Track payouts and budgets in systems, following up with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and keep information aligned.
  • Support end-to-end advertiser setup by ensuring required information (links, reporting setup, ownership) is complete before campaign launch.
  • Maintain and organize affiliate links, apply naming conventions, and assist with cleanup of inactive or duplicate links to improve usability.
  • Support IO processes by maintaining proper documentation, ensuring timely uploads, and coordinating across Sales, Ops, and Legal teams.
  • Document and follow standardized processes (e.g., onboarding, budget tracking, naming conventions) to promote consistency and reduce manual work.
  • Identify and flag operational gaps or inconsistencies, taking action to resolve routine issues and escalating more complex problems when needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal teams to support smooth execution of revenue workflows.
