Senior Revenue Operations Manager

PredictHQSan Francisco, CA
Hybrid

About The Position

PredictHQ's go-to-market motion runs on a six-stage, high-touch customer journey: Awareness → Education, Selection → Commit, Onboarding → Production, Adoption → Impact, Expansion, and Renewal. As Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the model and ensure it is being followed across Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Support, catch the gap between what's documented and what's actually happening in the field, and run a standing reporting and variance cadence that gives leadership a reliable view of both. You will work directly with the Sales Director, VP Marketing, Solutions Engineering Manager, Director of Data Quality, and CFO, each of whom depends on this role for a different view into the same system. Your first 90 days are focused on three things: verifying the customer journey model holds up as each stage goes live, standing up a reporting cadence every stakeholder actually uses, and closing the specific adoption gaps that surface once real deals run through the new process. Success is a team that just gets on with it, backed by systems that work, with nothing unclear and nothing slowing them down.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience: you can build reports, manage data hygiene, and configure Flows without needing an admin to do it for you
  • Comfort operating inside a system someone else designed: you can diagnose where a process isn't holding up in the field without needing to redesign it first
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with messy, live data and confident turning it into a clear narrative for non-technical stakeholders
  • Efficiency-driven: Uses AI automation to handle routine tasks and focus on creative problem-solving.
  • Experience across the full customer journey, from Marketing to Sales to Implementation
  • Comfortable running a standing reporting cadence for multiple functional stakeholders with different needs, spanning sales, marketing, technical, and finance audiences
  • The judgment to distinguish an execution problem from a design problem, and the communication skills to raise either one directly without getting caught in the middle
  • BA/BS required
  • Applicants for this position must be a US citizen or have a valid United States work visa.
  • Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and procedures, applicable legislation, rules and standards, including relevant Acts, Advertising Standards Authority rules and regulations, and industry body requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-touch land and expand GTM motions
  • Familiarity with Clay, Gong, or similar revenue tech
  • Comfortable operating at startup pace, with limited processes, even where the core mandate is implementation rather than 0-to-1 build

Responsibilities

  • Make sure every stage of the customer journey across Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Support is working the way it's designed to, and call out where reality drifts from the plan
  • Own the Customer Journey documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up to date as things change in the field
  • Own the Salesforce CRM end to end: data quality, configuration, simplification, standardization and adoption across the team
  • Manage the GTM tech stack day-to-day: tool admin, integrations, and vendor evaluation across Salesforce, Gong, Outline, and other products
  • Run a regular reporting cadence for five stakeholders (Sales Director, VP Marketing, SE Manager, Director of Data Assurance, CFO), each getting the view into pipeline, conversion, and revenue that's relevant to them
  • Support the Sales Director's weekly forecast process
  • Partner with the Sales Director and CFO on Revenue Architecture Planning across acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Feed into capacity modelling: jobs to be done, territory and routing, quota, and SLAs
  • Call out any targets that don't hold up against real data and challenge them before launch
  • Deliver a thorough quarterly targets-vs-actuals review across all six stages, being clear about what's an execution problem versus a flaw in the model itself

Benefits

  • Health Insurance administered by Sequoia One
  • Paid Birthday Leave and Paid Family and Friends Day Leave
  • Strong focus on your training and development
  • 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Flexible work arrangements
  • A hybrid work environment centred on collaboration, agility and fun
  • Options in a fast-growing company in its early stages
  • $500 annual stipend to support your work-from-home setup
