About The Position

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team's overarching objective is to enhance the overall effectiveness and performance of the sales organization. This involves contributing to strategic insights, data-driven analyses, and collaborative planning to support the achievement of sales goals and objectives. As part of the team, your main mission will be to deliver robust, intuitive, and consumable analytical insights and reporting to empower Criteo’s Retail Media team to build and drive its commercial plan. This role is a great opportunity to be exposed to Criteo’s fast growing Retail Media business across AMER markets (US, Canada, Brazil).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, Finance or Business Intelligence / Data Analytical Thinker
  • Analytical, data-driven individual capable of translating complex information into clear and strategic insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective Communicator: With great communication skills, you can articulate ideas clearly and positively influence team decisions.
  • Fluent English
  • Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail is remarkable, ensuring accuracy and quality in the analyses and reports produced.
  • Team Player: You are a dedicated collaborator, capable of working effectively in a team and cooperating with different departments to achieve common goals.
  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

  • Support definition and tracking of our commercial strategy, revenue plan and priorities for the year
  • Segment our market and our customers, identify opportunities and prioritize based on their current and potential value
  • Drive our quarterly topline planning & reforecast process
  • Generate detailed reports and analyses to provide meaningful insights into sales performance, including business plan execution, and pipeline management.
  • Actively support discussions and development of strategic action plans, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and continuous improvement.
  • Support the creation of detailed reports, analyses, and actionable insights to empower sales leaders in making well-informed and strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with other departments (Commercial teams, Finance, SalesOps, etc.) to ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach to business objectives and customer needs.
