About The Position

Rain is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join their go-to-market engine. This role involves strategic partnership with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, with ownership over systems, data, and processes that drive revenue. The position offers broad scope, including designing and administering GTM compensation plans and leveraging AI tools for automation. The ideal candidate is excited by building new solutions, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to impact the scaling of a high-growth fintech company.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM compensation design and calculations.
  • HubSpot admin-level proficiency, with experience integrating it across the GTM stack.
  • Strong analytical skills — Excel/Sheets fluency required.
  • Actively using AI tools to improve workflows and genuinely curious about what's next.
  • Detail-oriented, clear communicator, and comfortable adapting fast in an ambiguous environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, model, and administer GTM compensation plans (quota-setting, accelerators) and own end-to-end comp calculations with accuracy and a clean audit trail.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and analyses for real-time insights into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue trends.
  • Own the HubSpot instance end-to-end, including architecture, data hygiene, integrations, workflows, and user enablement across the GTM stack.
  • Support the administration of all GTM systems.
  • Identify manual RevOps & GTM workflows and lead efforts to automate or augment them using AI tools to increase GTM team output.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS, and other departments to align goals and remove friction.
