About The Position

As a Senior Sales Operations & Salesforce Analyst at Goldin, a premier auction company specializing in collectible items, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the sales organization. This role is heavily focused on Salesforce administration, sales process execution, pipeline management, contract coordination, and enabling Sales Representatives to operate efficiently throughout the entire sales lifecycle. You will serve as a key operational partner to the sales team by ensuring accurate CRM management, supporting deal progression, assisting with contract and consignment updates, improving workflows, and helping leadership maintain visibility into pipeline performance and sales execution. This position requires a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys collaborating directly with Sales Representatives and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or a related operational support role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration, workflow management, reporting, dashboards, and user support.
  • Experience supporting a fast-paced sales organization with direct interaction and partnership with Sales Representatives.
  • Familiarity with contract coordination, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with reporting and dashboard tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and support executive stakeholders.

  • Experience within collectibles, auctions, e-commerce, or high-growth environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Salesforce CRM administration, ensuring accurate data hygiene, lead management, opportunity tracking, contract updates, consignments, and deal stage progression across the full sales lifecycle.
  • Act as a primary operational resource for Sales Representatives by assisting with account updates, pipeline maintenance, contract coordination, reporting requests, sales process questions, and troubleshooting CRM issues.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process from lead intake through contract execution and post-sale operational handoffs. Ensure all sales documentation, approvals, and CRM records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain sales pipeline visibility through dashboards, reporting, and forecasting tools. Help sales leadership monitor pacing against targets and identify opportunities or risks within the funnel.
  • Continuously improve Salesforce workflows, automations, and operational procedures to increase efficiency, improve rep adoption, and enhance overall sales execution.
  • Assist with sales compensation reporting, commission tracking, quota management, and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate performance reporting.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless communication, accurate handoffs, and alignment across departments.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Sales Representatives on Salesforce best practices, process adherence, and operational workflows.
  • Support and lead operational initiatives focused on improving CRM processes, sales workflows, reporting accuracy, and overall revenue operations efficiency.
