About The Position

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to help scale the operational backbone of Legora’s commercial engine. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Systems & Data. You will support the day-to-day operations behind Legora’s quote-to-cash workflows, helping ensure accuracy, scalability, and operational excellence across our commercial processes. You’ll work closely with our Quote-to-Cash lead and help operationalize and improve workflows across quoting, billing, renewals, subscriptions, invoicing, and revenue operations. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, systems-curious, and excited to operate in a fast-scaling environment. This role will be located in our NYC hub in Union Square and requires you to be onsite 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in revenue operations, billing operations, finance operations, business operations, deal desk, or SaaS operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar business systems
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting SaaS quote-to-cash or billing workflows
  • Experience working with CPQ, billing, or subscription systems
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies
  • Familiarity with subscription billing and recurring revenue models

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day quote-to-cash workflows across quoting, billing, invoicing, renewals, and amendments
  • Help ensure accuracy and operational integrity across commercial processes
  • Review and validate order, subscription, and billing data
  • Support operational processes tied to renewals, contract changes, and invoicing workflows
  • Help manage billing exceptions, discrepancies, and operational escalations
  • Assist with invoice QA and billing reconciliation
  • Support subscription and contract audits
  • Partner closely with Finance on operational billing processes and reporting
  • Help identify operational inefficiencies and areas for automation
  • Support reporting and analysis related to billing, renewals, and commercial performance
  • Work closely with the Quote-to-Cash lead on process improvements and workflow optimization
  • Support operational workflows across Salesforce, Nue, billing systems, and related tooling
  • Help maintain data quality and process consistency across systems
  • Assist with documentation, operational governance, and process enablement
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and RevOps
  • Help coordinate operational workflows across teams
  • Support strategic operational initiatives tied to scaling Legora’s commercial infrastructure
