Your Role at impact.com: The Revenue Operations Senior Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team in a fast-growing GTM organization. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting GTM growth through providing effective reporting and analysis of revenue-generating activities. You will also support the design, implementation, and optimization of efficient sales processes and sales tools on a global level.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience in SaaS, revenue operations, sales operations, or related field
  • A strong background in Revenue/Sales Operations within the SaaS industry, combined with demonstrated experience leading strategic projects.
  • Proven success in end-to-end project management, including scope definition, stakeholder management, and using PM tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Advanced analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to "connect the dots" between data, processes, and business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, able to build a concise narrative from data for all audience levels.
  • Deep, functional expertise in Salesforce and advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability for driving results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools and integrated sales tech (e.g., CPQ, Outreach).

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic RevOps projects end-to-end, taking them from design to execution and ensuring global adoption.
  • Translate complex sales data into actionable business intelligence and present strategic recommendations to GTM leadership.
  • Diagnose and optimize global GTM processes, acting as the project manager for cross-functional improvements.
  • Act as the strategic business owner and power user of the Salesforce-centered tech stack, managing its roadmap and integrations.
  • Design and deliver high-impact reporting frameworks and dashboards that track KPIs for key sales initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts, creating the documentation and communication plans to support new global initiatives.
