Job Summary As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will focus on the SaaS renewals business, supporting our global Idira renewals through forecasting, churn reporting, and predictive analytics. You will be responsible for transforming complex renewal and pipeline data into actionable insights that drive the operational health of our business. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or renewal operations.
  • Strong understanding of renewal rates, forecasting methodologies, and churn strategy.
  • Adept in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams without direct report authority.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with a drive for ownership and results.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity at our Needham, Boston office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Clari and Tableau is highly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of predictive modeling and complex data transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain renewal rate forecasting and risk modeling for the SaaS renewals business.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk and churn analyses using predictive analytical models.
  • Lead forecast calls and business reviews with global renewal managers.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Renewal Sales leaders to build total forecasts.
  • Partner with BI and IT teams to enhance and build robust renewals business modeling.
  • Work with IT and Sales Ops to optimize Salesforce territory and opportunity management.
  • Drive the operational health of the renewals business through daily management of performance metrics.
