About The Position

The Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst develops, assesses, and quantifies trends, working directly with management and key staff in Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Medical Center departments. The role analyzes variances, creates reports and dashboards, recommends strategies to monitor opportunities and risks, and presents analyses to internal teams and leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience as an analyst in data, financial business, or a related area is required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related major preferred.
• Five years of analyst experience preferred.
• Tableau and SQL certificate, knowledge, and experience highly preferred.
• Epic System experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends to identify where variances are occurring and develop reports and dashboards to assess them.
• Develop strategic approaches and make recommendations based on analysis to monitor areas of opportunity and risk.
• Assist in developing and creating recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Use independent judgment to resolve issues.
• Create ad hoc reports for distribution to upper leadership and key Revenue Cycle management staff.
• Present data analysis to internal teams and leadership as necessary.
