Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully pass a standard background screening.
- Exceptional communication skills and the natural ability to build rapport.
- Strong critical thinking under pressure, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or related human services fields.
- Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, or related safety training.
Responsibilities
- Offer intentional, one-on-one coaching and personal development guidance.
- Facilitate engaging group training sessions focused on crucial life skills.
- Plan and execute exciting activities and events for residents.
- Monitor student growth and connect them with necessary resources.
- Partner with a dedicated team to maintain an inclusive, secure environment.
- Keep accurate records of student participation and program milestones.
