About The Position

Gravity Research is hiring a Senior Research Analyst, Content Strategy to help plan and produce flagship, research-based content on corporate reputational risk. Gravity Research is a premier custom research and insights organization supporting corporate, association, and nonprofit clients. Our mission is to empower organizations to anticipate risk, spot opportunities, and rationalize reputational concerns against a backdrop of evolving public pressures. We are looking for an early career researcher or consultant that can effectively identify and communicate on key reputational risk areas for corporations. Gravity research helps advise the world’s largest companies on reputational risk. Analysts on our product team contribute to all aspects of client engagements, such as regularly-produced reports, custom analyses and bespoke insights and recommendations. This role will also play a key part in producing proactive and flagship content for our clients, requiring thought leadership and a deep understanding of the challenges our clients face in this space.

Requirements

  • Strong research instincts and professional experience within either the consulting or research industries.
  • Ability to execute against tight deadlines to develop professional and intellectually sound deliverables for members, both independently and in close collaboration with the Senior Director for Content Strategy.
  • Highly analytic, natural problem solver with proven skills relating to client-facing research delivery.
  • Ability to highlight key insights within a complex set of data, synthesize large amounts of information, and then clearly explain these insights to clients.
  • Skilled project manager, able to independently manage competing priorities and adhere to timelines.
  • Strong writer able to clearly frame issues for a variety of audiences.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in at least one of the following domains: market research, consulting, policy analysis, risk analysis, Capitol Hill or executive agency experience.
  • Earned Bachelor's degree required.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; track record of building new initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Creative thinking and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Prodigious work ethic and spirit of generosity.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Some experience with PowerPoint or other visual presentation formats highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Senior Director of Content Strategy on flagship research projects, including thought leadership reports and webinars, as well as leading the production of other content in support of team goals.
  • Producing content for key client accounts and being responsible for the timely delivery of all project work.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop research methodologies and approaches to answer client questions.
  • Leading other analysts who are producing our signature content.
  • Drafting deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, memos, and other formats, to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and prospects.
  • Presenting findings and interacting with clients to better understand their needs, serving as a trusted expert and advisor on corporate reputational risks.
  • Contributing to product development by crafting new and innovative approaches to producing the analytic work, optimizing operations, and perfecting the research product.
  • Advanced ability to integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) into the content creation process, balancing speed, quality and rigor.
