About The Position

This role is for a Senior Program Manager in Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant services. The position offers a great opportunity for leadership growth, where the individual will continue to provide therapy 40-50% of the time, depending on team success. The Program Manager acts as a liaison between the Area Manager and Executive Directors at each location, driving key metrics for their teams. The role is customer-focused, emphasizing relationship development and ambition. Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy 40-50% of the time.
