About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Senior Program Manager for their Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant program. This role offers a great work-life balance and flexibility in hours, with full-time opportunities available. The position is located at Traditions at Beaumont in Louisville, KY, within a lovely community setting that includes Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient services. The Program Manager will work with higher functioning residents in a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, skilled at developing relationships, and ambitious. The Program Manager will be the "go to person" for the customer, resident, and staff, improving the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification
