Silicon Labs is seeking a motivated, results-driven Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead their Northwest Sales Team, covering the Co, UT, WA, and W. CA markets. This role is responsible for driving sales of Silicon Labs' products into new and existing accounts. The successful candidate will lead an experienced team of Field Sales Engineers and Field Application Engineers, build strong relationships with third-party distributors, and collaborate with Business Units to drive wins and roadmap changes. Additionally, the manager will directly manage a few key accounts. The position involves managing account relationships with a strategic focus, contributing to company culture and values, exemplifying high standards in communication and conduct, managing account expansion and retention, and addressing diverse issues requiring analysis of various factors and business trends. The role also includes strategy development, program coordination, contract negotiations, and team management through recruiting, training, coaching, and performance evaluation. The manager will act as an advisor to subordinates, maintain professional knowledge, and contribute to team success.
