About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Regional Real Estate Asset Manager. In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight of real estate asset and investment management and client servicing for a complex portfolio of assets in accordance with the governing instruments, fiduciary laws, bank policies and procedures. You will manage staff levels, including selection and development of staff and asset loads. You will engage and influence regional wealth management leadership in the design and implementation of strategic business plans for the region. You will identify and recommend opportunities to create, enhance, and expand clients' wealth management relationships, ensuring that all relationships are managed according to fiduciary policies and procedures. You will assist with the design and implementation of strategic business plans for the region, working closely with the Real Estate Advisory Specialist for the region and Real Estate Asset Management leadership. You will determine the appropriate strategy and actions of the wealth client management team to meet high-risk deliverables. You will interpret and develop risk management in accordance with Wells Fargo policies for solutions to complex real estate problems, design and structure individual portfolios to meet specific client objectives, and provide in-depth portfolio analytics to ensure client portfolios achieve maximum investment performance. You will collaborate with and influence clients, the relationship team, real estate advisory specialists, and the national director for real estate asset management, and work closely with specialized wealth services leadership to shape strategy and vision. You will act as an advisor to trust specialists, planners, investment managers, and other specialists who serve as the client's service team. You will manage the allocation of people and financial resources for Fiduciary Specialty Asset Products and develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Fiduciary Specialty Asset Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Nice To Haves

  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Accounting, or a Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • Financial accounting and financial analysis experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting, business, or law
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
  • Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used to evaluate financial statements
  • Ability to deliver professional presentations prepare professional written and verbal communications
