IDEAYA is seeking a Senior Regional Business Director (RBD) to join the IDEAYA Commercial team. The Senior Regional Business Director serves as the strategic field leader within a designated geographic region and is accountable for building, developing, and scaling a high-performing Oncology Account Management team to successfully launch and drive adoption of darovasertib in metastatic Uveal Melanoma. This role blends strategic enterprise thinking, advanced oncology expertise, and leadership excellence to drive sustained performance in a highly specialized, rare cancer market. This inspiring leader will passionately develop their team while ensuring disciplined account prioritization, scientific and commercial excellence, and strong patient focus. The Senior RBD operates with a multi-year horizon, shaping regional strategy while influencing cross-functional alignment and contributing meaningfully to national commercial direction. The Senior RBD cultivates trusted, executive-level relationships with key academic centers, multidisciplinary stakeholders, and enterprise partners with responsibility for cross-functional account management for select regional and/or national networks. Through strong leadership and disciplined execution, this individual ensures regional strategy is tightly aligned with IDEAYA’s scientific standards, compliance framework, and patient-centered mission.
