The RBD will manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers (AMs) to ensure high performance in the competitive rare disease and specialty market. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to optimize field strategy, improve customer experience, and support successful launches within the immunology portfolio. This position reports to the SVP, US Commercial Engagement and Access.
