About The Position
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process at OneDigital Advanced Health. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates to join our dynamic team, with a focus on Benefit Advisor recruitment. Your expertise in identifying and attracting high-quality talent will ensure we continue to build a workforce that drives our company's success. The role is scheduled to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Ability to work extended hours, which may be required during certain busy seasons.
Requirements
- Must be an active ODAH employee for a minimum of 6 months.
- Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to achieve metrics or key performance indicators.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism.
- Self-motivated with strong goal orientation.
- Good attendance and conduct standing with the company.
- Strong computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software a plus.
- Recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and screen candidates, then coordinate with the hiring manager to schedule interviews for top sales candidates.
- Prospect candidates by networking, cold calling, marketing or other means of generating interest.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Follow up with candidates that are selected or rejected during the interview process.
- Ongoing communication with new hires/managers to ensure performance metrics are being met.
- Present onboarding materials for first day orientation in weekly new hire classes.
- Organize and attend job fairs and other networking opportunities.
- Conduct reference checks when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
