Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, recruiting operations, or HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday) and other HR technologies.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, especially in systems management and process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience for executive level candidates by scheduling with speed and efficiency.
  • Support existing recruiting technologies, including configuration, training, and creating documentation.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements in scheduling workflows, recruiter workflows, and recruiting operations.
  • Own recruiting data integrity by conducting routine audits, analyzing trends, and developing dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key recruiting metrics.
  • Support team members with technical issues and troubleshooting related to recruitment systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functionality stakeholders to enhance integrations, system functionality, and overall efficiency.
  • Communicate professionally, tactfully, and empathetically with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, recruiters, and cross-functional teams.
