About The Position

Coinbase is hiring a Senior Recruiter for its Core Recruiting team within People Success. The team hires across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT. The recruiter will own full-lifecycle recruiting across an assigned portfolio and may also support product group hiring as business needs change, requiring flexibility across talent markets. The role partners with hiring managers to understand talent needs, build pipelines, and improve recruiting processes that help the team scale.

Requirements

At least 5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Demonstrated success closing competitive candidates across G&A and/or technical functions.
Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets, and shift between business and technical requisitions as priorities evolve.
Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing.
A data-driven approach to pipeline management and the ability to turn recruiting metrics into actionable recommendations for hiring managers.
Ability to use generative AI responsibly, maintain human oversight, and deliver business-ready outputs that measurably improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across an assigned portfolio, with flexibility to support G&A and technical requisitions as business needs shift.
Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, maintaining sufficient depth and quality at each stage to support hiring velocity.
Partner with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and provide a strong candidate and interviewer experience.
Maintain data integrity and use pipeline analytics to assess hiring efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for hiring teams.
Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets.
