About The Position

Join our team as a Senior Recruiter and play a key role in attracting top enterprise sales talent to support T-Mobile For Business (TFB). You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for high-profile and hard-to-fill positions, sourcing qualified candidates through innovative strategies and relationship-building. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) based in Downers Grove, IL, with additional consideration for candidates based in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX. Candidates in Herndon, VA or Parsippany, NJ may be considered on a limited basis. For internal candidates currently in our Recruiting organization, we will also consider our CEC locations.

Requirements

4-7+ years proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate, mid-to-large size environment; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple business functions
Experience recruiting for enterprise or complex B2B sales organizations (e.g., Account Executives, Client Partners, Sales Leadership) with a working understanding of quota-carrying sales dynamics and enterprise sales cycles
Strong sourcing skills, including cold calling, Boolean/advanced search techniques, competitive research, passive candidate engagement, and advanced networking; proficiency in tools such as LinkedinRecruiter and comparable sourcing platforms
Ability to build relationships and influence decisions at all levels, including executive leadership
Critical thinking with a deep understanding of workforce planning and talent market dynamics
Demonstrated experience using AI driven tools and technologies to enhance sourcing effectiveness, streamline recruiting processes, and improve the overall candidate and stakeholder experience.
Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—to engage both candidates and hiring managers
Experience with Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with confidential information

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding
Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs
Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to target passive and hard-to-reach candidates
Use market insights and data to influence hiring decisions and set clear expectations
Champion recruiting innovation by evaluating and integrating AI tools that improve recruiter productivity, sourcing effectiveness, and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience
Lead and implement process improvements across Talent Acquisition to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience
Coach and mentor junior recruiters, helping to set the standard across the team
Create and deliver compelling candidate experiences that reflect our brand and values
