The ideal candidate is resourceful, competitive, curious, and willing to roll up their sleeves. This is a hybrid/full-time position in either Buffalo or Rochester, NY. The salary range is $70K-$90K, depending on experience.

• Understanding of how to source and engage passive candidates, not just review applications.
• Comfort recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, professional, and technical roles.
• Natural curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar positions and industries.
• Strong sense of personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offers and placements.
• Recruit across a diverse range of positions, from skilled manufacturing professionals and engineers to administrative leaders and IT specialists.
• Build relationships with candidates that extend beyond a single opportunity.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to uncover talent others overlook.
• Move with urgency while maintaining high standards for quality.
• Collaborate closely with our sales and recruiting teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Manage multiple searches, changing priorities, and competing deadlines.
• Take ownership of your results while contributing to the success of the entire team.
