As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include candidate recruitment and retention, placement activities, and lead generation. You will source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates, interview them to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements, and develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent. You will select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on contract assignments to ensure exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently and generate leads and market intelligence to enhance new client development efforts. You will also maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities, and meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
