How this Role Will Be Impactful The Senior Recruiter will provide full life cycle recruitment support for our salaried hiring needs across our Operations/Production and Corporate teams (ranging from a Production Supervisor to a Director of Technology to a Marketing Coordinator). The person in this role will conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and regularly report on the success of our talent acquisition programs. You will build high-level quality relationships in the community and within our team to promote Farmer Focus as a great place to work, generate referrals, and develop centers of influence. The Senior Recruiter will utilize best-in-class recruitment tactics, including but not limited to: job boards, social media, local job fairs, automation, AI, etc. to source and attract candidates. You will cultivate relationships and contacts with public organizations, local employment organizations, universities, and technical schools to build a talent pipeline. The Senior Recruiter will be the primary interface between Farmer Focus and candidates and will effectively communicate our employer value proposition. This position will manage one direct report to salary recruiting.
