About The Position
American Home Design is looking for a hands-on Senior Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts. This role is primarily focused on actively recruiting-sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent-while also helping shape strategies and processes that strengthen our overall talent acquisition function. If you love rolling up your sleeves and making great hires, this could be the role for you.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in sourcing methods and social recruiting.
- At least 5 years of experience successfully recruiting sales talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, results-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
- Build strong pipelines of talent with an emphasis on sales roles, while also supporting hiring needs across the organization.
- Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand needs and deliver timely, high-quality hires.
- Ensure every candidate has a professional, positive experience throughout the process.
- Use and optimize our applicant tracking system (iSolved) to manage candidates, monitor workflows, and provide reporting.
- Evaluate recruiting strategies and share insights to continuously improve how we attract and retain talent.
