Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; in-house experience required.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting GTM and G&A hiring.
  • Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A track record of developing strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Ability to generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
  • Experience with recruiting metrics and using data to guide decisions and strategy.
  • An interest in developing processes and initiatives that improve candidate experience.
  • Dedication to diversity and inclusion values.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for leveraging new and emerging AI tools as part of your daily workflow and productivity.
  • Applicants must be able to maintain work authorization for the duration of employment without employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a startup environment and/or a cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) or cloud-based SaaS sales is preferred.
  • Technical recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) roles, including sourcing, interview coordination, and closing offers.
  • Facilitate a high-quality and exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Build relationships and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the company.
  • Partner with the broader People team on headcount planning and strategic, equitable hiring.
  • Partner with the Talent team leaders to develop efficient and scalable recruiting processes and help manage ongoing recruiting programs (referrals, onboarding etc.).
  • Utilize unique sourcing strategies to bring in new team members.
  • Consider long-term needs of hiring teams and recruit strong talent for Modern Health's long-term success.
