Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; in-house experience required.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting GTM and G&A hiring.
- Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- A track record of developing strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Ability to generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
- Experience with recruiting metrics and using data to guide decisions and strategy.
- An interest in developing processes and initiatives that improve candidate experience.
- Dedication to diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience and enthusiasm for leveraging new and emerging AI tools as part of your daily workflow and productivity.
- Applicants must be able to maintain work authorization for the duration of employment without employer sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a startup environment and/or a cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) or cloud-based SaaS sales is preferred.
- Technical recruiting experience is a plus.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) roles, including sourcing, interview coordination, and closing offers.
- Facilitate a high-quality and exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
- Build relationships and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the company.
- Partner with the broader People team on headcount planning and strategic, equitable hiring.
- Partner with the Talent team leaders to develop efficient and scalable recruiting processes and help manage ongoing recruiting programs (referrals, onboarding etc.).
- Utilize unique sourcing strategies to bring in new team members.
- Consider long-term needs of hiring teams and recruit strong talent for Modern Health's long-term success.
