About The Position

OpenGov is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their talent team on a short-term contract basis (2-3 months). This role will focus on executing hiring needs for the Sales and Professional Services organizations. • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for Sales roles (AE, Enterprise AE, SDR) and/or Professional Services roles (Implementation, Project Management, Solutions) strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS; experience with Ashby a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build credibility with hiring managers quickly and communicate pipeline status clearly
  • Self-directed and autonomous; this engagement requires immediate contribution with minimal onboarding
  • Contract/W2 or 1099 engagement; no benefits included
  • US-based preferred; fully remote
