About The Position

At Luminize, we help brands win, and as one of the top 5 Amazon sellers in the US, our growth depends on finding the people who help us build faster, smarter, and better. We're looking for a Senior Recruiter — a corporate recruiter and talent acquisition partner who can lead full-cycle searches for complex, senior, and Director-level roles across the business. In this role, you'll partner directly with hiring managers and leaders, own your requisitions end to end, and play a hands-on role in shaping the recruiting function as we scale. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate environments)
  • Proven success recruiting across a range of roles and seniority levels, including senior and Director-level searches
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Working knowledge of employment law (EEO, ADA, FLSA) and the judgment to advise hiring managers on compliant, equitable hiring practices
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative skills — comfortable advising senior stakeholders on talent strategy

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, senior, and Director-level roles across multiple business units, from intake through offer and onboarding
  • Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (job boards, social, referrals, direct outreach) to build pipelines ahead of need
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategy
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates; present qualified slates with written assessments and hire recommendations
  • Lead offer extension and negotiation, structuring equitable, compliant offers within approved bands
  • Own recruiting metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rate
  • Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators, and help evolve our recruiting workflows, ATS usage, and employer branding
