About The Position

Stimulus Technologies is expanding rapidly and seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead executive and technical searches. The company builds and operates broadband networks and provides managed IT & cybersecurity services. This role is crucial for supporting the company's growth, leveraging government funding and capital to expand fiber construction and internet services across multiple states. The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and focused on growth and collaboration.

Requirements

6-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
5+ successful VP/C-suite placements.
3+ years of experience in telecom/fiber/utility construction or adjacent infrastructure technology.
Proven ability to manage 10-20 concurrent searches and meet deadlines.
Expertise in direct passive sourcing.
Strong high-stakes negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead executive searches (CFO, CTO, CRO, VP Broadband Services), including position specifications, scorecards, sourcing, assessment, references, offer design, and closing.
Manage multiple concurrent searches across executive and technical roles, adhering to weekly service level agreements (SLAs).
Develop direct-sourcing strategies, including competitor mapping, targeted outreach, referrals, and engagement with schools and workforce partners.
Collaborate with leadership on compensation and equity ranges, and develop closing strategies, maintaining strict confidentiality.
Operate the recruitment funnel within the human resource management system, providing crisp analytics and dashboards.
Serve as a key resource within the Stimulus HR team, supporting the onboarding of critical staff in new and existing markets.
