You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies that align with our business goals. This position requires the candidate to reside on the East Coast (Eastern Time Zone) to ensure alignment with team operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality

Nice To Haves

MBA or advanced degree in related field
4 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in employment, high-volume recruiting, EEO and compliance
Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching and candidate research
Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with business leaders; ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in an environment with competing demands
Solutions oriented with solid problem-solving and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

Work creatively with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure exempt and non-exempt positions are filled with highly talented candidates in a seamless manner
Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategy
Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools
Support junior recruiters providing feedback, sharing best practices and helping them grow professionally
Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the most qualified and diverse candidates
Coordinate and attend recruiting events
