As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include candidate recruitment and retention, placement activities, and lead generation. You will source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates using various methods, interview them to assess their qualifications, and develop a strong pipeline of IT talent. You will also select well-matched candidates for client job orders, maintain contact with IT professionals on contract assignments, and resolve customer service issues. Additionally, you will generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development, maintain candidate relationships for industry knowledge and business opportunities, and meet weekly business development goals.
