As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include candidate recruitment and retention, placement activities, and generating leads and market intelligence. You will source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates, interview them to assess their qualifications, and develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent. You will also select well-matched candidates for client job orders, maintain contact with IT professionals on contract assignments, and resolve customer service issues. Additionally, you will generate leads, gain market intelligence, maintain candidate relationships for industry knowledge and referrals, and meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
