As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include candidate recruitment and retention, placement activities, and lead generation. You will source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates using various methods, interview prospective IT candidates to assess their skills and requirements, and develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent. You will also select well-matched candidates for client job orders, maintain contact with IT professionals on contract assignments, and resolve customer service issues. Additionally, you will generate leads and market intelligence to enhance new client development efforts and maintain candidate relationships to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities, while meeting and exceeding weekly business development goals.
