As a Senior Marketing Recruiter at Applied Intuition, you will partner closely with marketing leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional marketing talent across brand, growth, product marketing, and communications functions. At Applied Intuition, you will: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire marketing leaders, growth marketers, product marketers, brand strategists, and communications professionals Partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized marketing talent across B2B, enterprise SaaS, and technical product marketing Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and alignment with Applied's values Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill to help problem-solve bottlenecks and support hiring velocity
