About The Position

As a Senior Marketing Recruiter at Applied Intuition, you will partner closely with marketing leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional marketing talent across brand, growth, product marketing, and communications functions. At Applied Intuition, you will: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire marketing leaders, growth marketers, product marketers, brand strategists, and communications professionals Partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized marketing talent across B2B, enterprise SaaS, and technical product marketing Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and alignment with Applied's values Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill to help problem-solve bottlenecks and support hiring velocity

Requirements

  • BS in Business Marketing, Economics, management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing recruiting, with a strong track record hiring marketing leaders, growth marketers, product marketers, or other specialized marketing talent
  • Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
  • Familiarity with marketing talent markets and competitive dynamics

  • Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical product marketing roles
  • Familiarity with marketing talent markets and competitive dynamics
  • Experience hiring marketing professionals in a startup or hypergrowth environment
  • Experience recruiting for automotive, trucking, construction, mining, or defense domains

Responsibilities
