As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include candidate recruitment and retention, placement activities, and lead generation. You will source, evaluate, and review potential marketing and creative candidates using various methods such as cold calls, job boards, social networking, and an internal database. Interviewing prospective candidates via video, phone, and/or in person to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements is a key part of the role. The Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified marketing and creative talent to submit to current and future client base. You will select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with marketing and creative professionals currently on contract assignments to ensure exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Lead generation and market intelligence are crucial for enhancing new client development efforts. Maintaining relationships with candidates will help gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities. The role requires meeting and exceeding weekly business development goals.
