This role will be instrumental in elevating how we attract top-tier talent and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on leadership or executive hiring
- Proven track record of closing senior-level candidates in competitive markets
- Deep expertise in proactive sourcing and talent mapping for leadership roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders
- A passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve recruiting performance
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition on Leadership Recruiting across critical functions, delivering exceptional, high touch candidate experiences
- Partner closely with CLEAR’s Senior Leadership Team and senior stakeholders to define and fill high-impact, business critical roles
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders, shaping search strategies, role definition, and market positioning
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, developing and nurturing talent pipelines for future leadership needs, with a focus on long-term engagement
- Continuously refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Leverage data and insights to inform decisions, optimize funnel performance, and drive hiring outcomes
- Champion CLEAR’s employer brand in the market through every candidate interaction
