Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources or related field. May substitute an additional four (4) years relevant work experience for the required degree.
  • Five (5) years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting healthcare, clinical, behavioral health, dental, nursing, pharmacy, or other professional positions.
  • Ability to travel within Seattle area as needed.
  • Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance required, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting licensed healthcare professionals or providers in a community health center, healthcare organization, non-profit, public health, or similar setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract mission-driven healthcare professionals committed to serving medically underserved and diverse communities.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for provider and difficult-to-fill clinical positions, including workforce planning consultation, sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and onboarding support.
  • Serve as the primary recruitment partner to clinical and operational leaders, providing guidance on provider labor market conditions, recruitment strategies, candidate experience, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain provider talent pipelines.
  • Build relationships with training institutions, community partners, and professional organizations.
  • Promote workforce development opportunities such as National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and state loan repayment programs.
  • Identify innovative solutions to recruit and retain healthcare professionals dedicated to community health.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship on recruitment best practices.
  • Contribute to workforce initiatives that support organizational growth and access to care.
